Ecotel ISP fails to confirm payment for domain registration

I deposited money(11 Dec 2018) for a domain name to Ecotel ISP (fnb account), and they are failing to help me, instead I have they are taking from pillar to post. I even doubt they exist, after several emails with payment proof they cannot assist. Instead , I received an auto reply and worse one email that I received on January 1st 2019 asking how can they assist me after so many trails of emails where also I asked PayFast support to intervene. I'm frustrated as I speak.
