This metering service is used at the complex I stay the meters don't work most of the time and you get charged a lumpsum without prior notice for their mistake. I paid R4900 into the app in the last 30 days and its unsustainable when I complain I get told there is nothing wrong with the meters. The nightmare never ends I was charged a lumpsum because the water meter was not working yet I complained countless times. When I complained I was told each time I pay 40% would be deducted towards the debt.Guess what after paying R4900 I still owe R900. On the 25th of April I paid R1500 on the 1st of May it was depleted. My usage is usually around R1500 a month now this. I am disappointed to say the least.
