Speedy and excellent service
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jason for assisting me with my electricity issue. From the moment he contacted me, he kept me updated on all his efforts to resolve the problem. He eventually came out personally and arrived much sooner than I had anticipated. Jason is truly an asset to Manuflo, and his commitment to providing excellent service deserves recognition. 🙏🏽

Overcharged company
Very bad company it's over pricing. I don't understand why people not using centlec instead. This company every time one buy electricity or water it charges you .I don't understand why . It's very bad company I won't recommend to anyone in this country. Rather buy straight to municipalities also the best idea

Extremely Unprofessional and Overpriced Service
I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Manuflo. Their service is highly unprofessional, and the way they handle customers is disappointing to say the least. Communication is poor, and there seems to be no regard for customer satisfaction or urgency. What is most concerning is the overcharging—pricing does not align with the quality of service delivered. It feels like customers are taken advantage of rather than valued. As a service provider, it’s important to respect the very customers who keep your business running. Unfortunately, Manuflo does not appear to understand or practice this principle. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. Significant improvements are needed in both professionalism and customer care.

This metering service is used at the complex I stay the meters don't work most of the time and you get charged a lumpsum without prior notice for their mistake. I paid R4900 into the app in the last 30 days and its unsustainable when I complain I get told there is nothing wrong with the meters. The nightmare never ends I was charged a lumpsum because the water meter was not working yet I complained countless times. When I complained I was told each time I pay 40% would be deducted towards the debt.Guess what after paying R4900 I still owe R900. On the 25th of April I paid R1500 on the 1st of May it was depleted. My usage is usually around R1500 a month now this. I am disappointed to say the least.

People please be careful off Manuflo they are over charging you for water and refuse to repair the water meters. We're you use to pay +-R1000 for water you are paying R2500 a month for water Then you are asked to fill 20l of water to test the meters and then 10l and when you proof to them the meter is faulty they will still come with stories the meter is fine. This is like the NEW ANC Government that steel from people and the ****ers is getting away with it. People be careful of Manuflo they steel from people Manuflo real name is Moneyflo
