Weeks after registration, the plumber remains unpaid and still no valid certificate exists. Furthermore, they prematurely disbursed all funds to the seller after being notified of severe latent defects like active termite nests and mould. Mr Haripersad dismissed this gross failure as a mere contractual litigation dispute and claimed they fully complied with their statutory duties, which is completely false.
