Shocking negligence and ********* conduct by conveyancers Manoj Haripersad and Melissa Pillay during a property transfer. They lodged the transfer without physically holding a plumbing compliance certificate, relying instead on a whatsapp screenshot from an estate agent. Weeks after registration, the plumber remains unpaid and still no valid certificate exists. Furthermore, they prematurely disbursed all funds to the seller after being notified of severe latent defects like active termite nests and mould. Mr Haripersad dismissed this gross failure as a mere contractual litigation dispute and claimed they fully complied with their statutory duties, which is completely false. Formal misconduct charges have already been filed with the legal practice council. Stay far away from this firm.
