Your call is so important to us we will not speak to you

I placed my order late December. I have sent emails asking for an update. No reply. I did get an email saying that I will be notified this week of my shipment. No notification. So I phoned. 10 minutes of hearing that my call will be recorded, and if I have an order number, I should have it ready. Then the line went dead. Pathetic!
