Wouldn’t recommend this online store to anyone!!!! Worst!

My 1st review got deleted, lemme try again. I ordered a game from Manicaa last month, it was in stock and ready, paid and got no response after that with where the order is or when it will be coming , till today i still dont have an idea where the game i bought is. I have sent emails and all i get is apologies over and over but nothing is being done. Last week i sent another email requesting an update i was told i will get a tracking number on Monday from the manager and it’s Thursday today and I haven’t received anything and they haven’t bothered to communicate with me still. Dealing with them is so frustrating, the number on the internet goes straight voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone ! Worst experience ever! At this point I’m not even sure i will get this game !! Or they just took my money for nothing!
