Worst online shop

That 1 star is simply because I cannot give them no stars at all. Ordered a journal in January and they didn't process or acknowledge the proof of payment. When I enquired about the delivery that's when they told me they had not received the proof of payment, which was then resent, and they said the delivery would be dispatched from the 28th of February, which didn't happen. When you try calling them they don't answer, and when you email them, they send an automated response that doesn't really answer your query. Still awaiting delivery and communication. I will never buy from them again, or recommend them to anyone for that.
