WORST ONLINE E-COMMERCE COMPANY EVER !!!

DON'T trust this site!!!!! - You are just going to be frustrated, you will not receive your product and VERY BAD (if any) customer service!!! 21 Jul 2021: Ordered a product from them, payment was made and a delivery date of 16 Aug 2021 was mailed back. 24 Aug 2021 after no delivery or any feedback from them I mailed them and asked for Delivery date of product, A reply came back that the item will be arriving 2-3 weeks later than estimated 1 Oct 2021: I Followed up - No Reply 15 Oct 2021: Followed up again 19 Oct 2021: Got a reply back that they will get back to me 26 Oct 2021: Followed up again 3 Nov 2021: Got a mail back to give them 2 months grace period as they had problems with shipping, blah, blah, blah 14 Jan 2022: Mailed and asked that they cancel order and refund, since we had to make other plans... - No Reply 02 Feb 2022: Followed up via mail - No Reply 03 Feb 2022: Followed up via mail - No Reply 04 Feb 2022: Chat online with an agent and was promised that they will get back to me the same day - No further communication from them Trying to call them is useless - No answer, phone just rings Chat agent on website is not responding
