Worst online business in SA...

Is this business even real? I placed a simple order and just never received anything. Then when I contacted them they said they will refer it to their "logistics department". No response there. Now I have asked for a refund and again I'm referred to their "finance department". Do I trust them with my banking details? Don't think so. Lesson learned at some cost. Are we powerless to close these businesses down? BTW. Have you seen the ratings on their website that they obviously create for themselves?
