Just when i thought i was gaining some ground with Manicaa.com unfortunately all has come to a stop once again . They eventually sent me a mail telling me that the lead time on the product i had ordered was once againd delayed however i could request a refund if i wished to do so. As it was the third time the lead time had been delayed i opted for a refund . They consequently sent me a mail explaing that all was in order however it would take between 7 and 14 days for the refund to be made. Well needles to say the 14 days have long passed and fter 2 mails requesting a explanation for the non payment , all for nothing !!! I told them that i will be taking legal action against them which i retracted at the time as they appeared to be co-operating. However it appears they leave me with no option but to pursue this indeveour
