What a joke?! The worst online experience
What a joke?! I wish I had read the reviews about this online shop before placing my order. I placed my order in July, and was told that my order would arrive on the week of 19 - 30 August. They respond to emails with excuses and then still tell me it will take another month waiting for my parcel - say they will now deliver in the week of the 28th Sep. I paid for my order and delivery. Can they not expedite this so it gets to me in time? I want a refund.
