Watch out! Stay Away! Avoid!

By far the worst online shopping experience I have had. For an order placed in October 2022, I was advised on 25 January 2023 that they had mislaid my parcel. I did not receive a tracking number and despite numerous e-mail and phone attempts was never given one. I spent over 9 hours trying to phone them and was successful only twice. Once, on the 25th Jan, when they told me they had lost my parcel and that they would refund me within 48 hours, and once today 09/02/2023 when I threw my toys and finally was refunded. Stay away! Shocking service. Still waiting for their refund to clear in my account...
