Waiting for a Refund for 17 Months

Placed an order on 08/09/2020, they claimed delay due to covid on 21/10/2020 by Shaieka. On 13/01/2021 after numerous no response emails I requested a refund. 18/01/2021, was asked for banking information which I sent on 19/01/2021. I received a reply to say refund will be made. 11/05/2021 I emailed saying still no refund had been received, they rep**** 21/05/2021 asking to allow them time to follow up with accounts team. It is now 13 months later and still NO REFUND. Worst experience I have ever had that actually led me to a negative public review.
