Waited 4 months for order then cancelled and asked for Refund

Ordered an item. Waited 4 months did not get it. Asked for cancellation and refund. They asked for banking details. Never got the refund and shows on their website refunded. When asking for status on delivery almost never got reply. When asking about status of refund never got reply. NEVER BUY FROM THEM
