Very poor service - disgusting

I'm really disappointed to write to you. I have been patient but my patience is not paying off.

I'm a first time buyer with Manicaa. I had the worst service ever. It's totally utterly unexceptable. I made a purchase on 27 July and immediately my bank sent proof of payment. Later that day Mandre asked me to forward a PDF file attachment for proof of payment. That's dumb cause the bank had already sent a PDF proof of payment attachment. Nevertheless I sent it. After no feedback regarding a tracking number, I requested feedback on 31 July 2020. Gerie Mae said they experiencing delays due to lock down. Later that day I was advised that my items are out of stock and a full refund will be issued as soon as possible. I provided my banking details to on 31 July 2020.

On 1 August 2020, Jonnie advised that he would forward my bank details to Finance Team to prioritize my full refund and it may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect on my account. It is the eleventh business day since and no reflection of my refund on my bank account.

I find that a representative from your company has given me incorrect advice therefore I have suffered financial prejudice. Yet today Danica tells me that they are still having intermittent technical difficulties but the developer still doing their best to fix and improve their system to serve me better. "We will email you once our system is up"
