Very helpful with Live Chat

I do not have problem ordering from manciaa.com. It is the second time I ordered from it. I received an email to let me know that the puzzle I order is no longer in stock and they show me the another puzzle as replacement or refund. As I am not keen on the replacement puzzle. I emailed back but there is a problem they couldn't receive my emails. I was worried how can I contact them. I am deaf and I cannot use the phone. So I tried the live chat, I have a very helpful lady Violette helped me out. I just gave her the information what to do and it is sorted that I will get refund. It is easy to use Live chat. Just be patient.
