Very disappointed with Manicaa.com

This is the first time I feel the need to complain about very bad service from a business. I ordered 3 items from Manicaa.com on 13 Oct 2022. The next day I received a nice email assuring me that I will receive my items during the week of 7 Nov 2022. I didn’t hear a word from them, but I decided to give them a chance until 30 work days have passed. Still no word from them. I then wrote an email to their support email address and received no reply. Then I wrote to an email address I got on their website, but again didn’t hear from them. I tried to contact them on their phone number and no one picked up. I think I just lost a lot of money. Please, don’t believe all those good reviews you see. Look how many bad reviews there are. Don’t take a chance by ordering something from them.
