Very disappointed

I ordered a product during August and after various emails in which Manicaa committed to provide my product during week of 28th Sept., I am still waiting. I have since sent numerous emails and have demanded to be refunded and now I don't hear anything from them. I spent nearly R2000 for a product I need for my sick husband I am really disappointed in Manicaa and will never buy anything from them again.
