Very bad Service

I bought an item at Manicaa after inquiring about this item i was informed that the item was damaged in transit so i was offer a replacement or a refund so i prefer the refund and communicated wit them via email so on 19 May i was told that the money will be back in my account with in 72 houers up until today i am waiting and now my email come back undelivered,so i will never recomend this company to anyone to do business with
