Very bad customer service!

I ordered a dome shaped stainless steel food cover on 16 November 2020. My order Number given on the date of purchase is ***. To this day I have no feedback on the status of the order except for an automated response which I got to my first email query that says they have a delayed shipment. Since then, no update and no one picks up calls when you call the customer care number...hopeless service I have recieved from these people and I hope this is not how they treat everyone else. I want my money back and I will not order from them again. Very disappointing!
