Upgrading!!

Manicaa was informed of a problem I had with regard to the delivery of my order. They acted promptly upon my notification. However…… Courier It, chosen to execute deliveries, has to improve their service. The agent honked his vehicle’s horn thrice, not exiting his vehicle to ring the bell and was ready to leave when I coincidentally noticed him and caught him just in time to receive my parcel. This tendency should be addressed, please!
