UNDELIVERED ORDER FOR 1x Large Ferrite Crisper Plate 6 June 2022

My order for 1x Large Ferrite Crisper Plate ordered 6June 2022 is not delivered yet - Manicaa emailed notification that payment was received and that my order will be delivered week beginning 27 June 2022. My query sent to manicaa support on 29June 2022 was acknowledged, but that was where it ended! This order does not even reflect on my Manicaa account-so there is no way that I can eve view the status! This poor service comes as unexpected as I ordered 3 of these p[lates during May"22 and it was delivered spot on!
