UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM MANICAA

This is the second time I am contacting Hello Peter regarding Manicaa's service or lack thereof. After requesting a cancellation of my order and requesting a refund, Nothing has been heard from Manicaa. Initial order placed in August 2022, followed up many times until December 2022 and then requested a refund as the response from Manicaa was again "waiting for stock but have no expected delivery date". This order was for a small oil heater. Unacceptable service!
