Total Lack of Service

I have been left feeling extremely disillusioned. In June I placed an order and paid with Manicaa.com To date the ordered item has still not been received. After previously posting to HelloPeter in September I received a call of promises that someone would follow up and assist. To date no feedback has been received and the telephone number provided remains unanswered as do the emails remain unanswered. I am extremely disappointed and would hate for someone else to fall victim to this company. I have requested a refund, but still nothing has been done and no response received.
