Threats let to action

The company promised that they would deliver the products ordered. then they came back and said it will be in late december. We chose the option to cancel and be refunded. Many promises were made to refund and eventually when we made it clear we will take steps it was refunded. they need to improve their service if people were to use them. we will not use them again
