THIS COMPANY IS A ******* DON'T USE THEM

Placed an order on 20th Nov 2020, had 3 emails telling me some ridiculous story about "facing logistical delays due to the UK having been put back on level 5 of lock-down. We cannot provide an accurate date of delivery as the shipment might face decontamination measures once it arrives at OR Tambo". Sent emails enquiringly about my order - no reply, phoned office number which asks what department do you require, tried them all, just get cut off. Sent another email requesting refund, don't think I will get a reply. Conclusion THIS COMPANY IS A ******* DON'T USE THEM obviously the client is not important enough to have contact with Manicaa.
