They take your money, say your item is out of stock and refuse to refund!

Manicaa continues to dissapoint. They simply ignore their customers and are virtually impossible to get in touch with...until you write a review that is TRUE but they find offensive. Thats fine, you can keep removing them but I will be back each time. Yesterday so actually responded to my google review, however the customer name you used and claimed to have assisted ..that was not my brother in law. At least i got to help someone. But now I am back fighting for my brother that has still not received his over R2000 refund. We will not let this go, even if we must take the matter to court! We want our refund!
