They say refund is done and when i query it they want the order number again !!!??? Will I ever get the funds - why do they not pick up the phone to call the Client

For those that are tracking the development on this refund. Lat week they advise that it was approved by credit and the refund is being made - I queried the payment and now they say they need a Order number
