They don't care about you

Been waiting since last year July for my order. Got a few products quick, but the rest just never got delivered. No feedback. Can't phone them, emails are ignored, when they do respond they tell you how valuable you are as a customer and how sorry they are, but that is it. Just words. They don't care about service. Been waiting 4 months for my refund on the remaining products. No response.
