<div>I order an item from Manica, and paid. then received an email saying delivery would be delayed, and would I like to cancel. I cancelled, and requested a refund, which I was promised, but have still not received this even though continually following up on the whats up group. This all happened in July - does not look as if I will ever get a refund.</div>

Hi Heila, I understand how important it is to get your refund on the said time frame it will be refunded. I am terribly sorry for the delay. I am now working with our Finance Team to complete your refund within 24 hours. I have sent you an email and awaiting for your response for the banking details.
