The worst online shopping experience of my life

Probably the worst online shopping service I've ever had! I've been waiting for my delivery for 8 months. I enquired after lockdown was lifted and recieved an email saying to expect my package within 7-14 working days. That was 2 months ago. Now I've tried to contact them tellphonically, no answer. The line either ringsbor cuts off. I've thies the online chat option on the website but hasn't recieved any responses on my messages. I've tried their WhatsApp number, it doesn't work. No feedback, no order recipe. No communication. Either its a bogus company that ****s people and takes their money without delivering any orders or they are just absolutely pathetic. I woupd not recommend using them to anyone! Ever!
