Terrible service

We ordered items from Manicaa beginning of July, delivery were supposed to be in the week of the 26th of July. After following up on the 27th of July we were informed that one if the items are out of stock and suggested an alternative or a refund. We requested a refund for that item - still awaiting the refund even after we have submitted the banking details for that.

We follow up at least every 2 weeks, and we don't get a response every time. The last communication we received from Manicaa was on 13 September to "confirm" that the outstanding item will be dispatched that week, but after numerous attempts to contact them via email & phone, we have not received any response or the item.

They told us they have problems with their telephone lines, which was months ago but they still cannot be reached there, so we were left at the mercy of their email address.

I will never recommend Manicaa to anyone.
