Terrible service and no communication from Manicaa regarding order status.

I ordered an item from them on the 14th of September that was supposed to be shipped during the week of the 5th of October. So, that week came and went, and I sent an email on the 12th to enquire about the status of my order. And I heard nothing. No response, nothing. Not even an automated email. So, I emailed them again the next day, and then again on the 23rd and have so far not received a single reply from them. I don't think I'll get my package. So, a word of warning: just stay away from them. Don't order anything from them, even though it may be tempting and even though it looks like they have stock on a couple of items that other shops don't have. Just stay away and you'll save yourself heaps of trouble. Learn from my mistake.

Well, OK. I received an email from them after I complained on this site. It's just frustrating that they only rep**** when I complained on here and not when I sent my initial emails. So, apparently my package is on its way. Hopefully I'll receive it in the coming weeks. I'll update this post when I receive it.

Well, they asked me to remove this review in the last email as per the telephonic conversation that I had with them. Well, I'm not going to do it to be frank. This review serves as a warning to other people to stay away from this online store. I still haven't received the update that they promised to give me regarding my order, and I don't know if I'll get it. I also still suspect that I'm not going to get my package in any case.

I finally received my package today. What a painful process that has been. I don't think I'll ever order from Manicaa again. In fact, I recommend anyone reading this review to just stay away from them. There are better online shops like TakeAlot, Raru and Loot which will ensure that you'll have a much more pleasant online shopping experience.
