Terrible company
I ordered a guitar from them 2 weeks ago. According to the website there was stock available. A week later I get an email saying that they are trying to refund my money but they are getting an error from PayFast. Huh ? Anyway I have them my EFT details a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. I followed up yesterday and still nothing.
My major problems with these guys: - why don’t they know what stock they have before they take customer money ? - why don’t they answer emails ? - why does it take a week to do an EFT refund ? It takes me seconds to do on my PC or mobile

27 Jul 2020, 10:49That's not true - I rep**** to *** on the 22nd July already and did not receive a failed receipt from your mail server.
You did not send me another mail since I haven't received it and it is not in my Spam folder.
I am not going to send you another mail with EFT details since I already have. Please check your mailbox as my mail definitely arrived there.
At this point I do not trust you guys. It feels like you are actively trying to stall my refund.
