Success story with ABSA and Manicaa/Musika

I recently had a problem with Manicaa/Musika where I ordered an item, was promised a shipping date which never materialized. They didn't respond to my enquiries or phone calls at first but then they offered to provide me with a new eta. I opted for a refund, was promised the refund, but nothing happened, then my computer popped up with an adverse article on Manicaa/Musika in the Daily Maverick. That prompted me to write to Hello Peter, because Musika's bank account was with ABSA. This was an excellent move, because ABSA personnel contacted the account owners who then gave me my FULL refund. So, thank you ABSA and thank you Musika. It all ended well.
