Strongly advise against using this company through my experience.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. Product was NOT as advertised and was not able to do do the tasks I needed it to do. When I discovered this I tried customer service - which is almost non-existent ... it was an email saying they wouldn’t refund because product was taken out of original packaging. So what I would love to ask them is ... how do I use the product if I can’t take it out of the original packaging? Answer is that I can’t. Not that they bothered to answer that question when I asked. The product is not up to the task that it was needed for so I asked for refund. I was told no. I would strongly advise no to use this company they cost me a lot of money.
