Still waiting for refund after 2 years!!

I ordered some stuff just before covid and got and email in November that my Order will be delivered in January of 2021 as covid was getting out of hand and I understood the situation, after January I emailed them and ask when will my order be delivered and no response. I waited another month and reach out again to them no response, call center said that someone will call me back and they will do a refund. After a few months I emailed them again and ask if I can get a refund as I no longer needed the products as I got it off Takealot, they ask me for my banking details and after that It's been 2 years now and I'm still struggling to get my money back.. They even added on the system the my order was refunded and it wasn't I never received my money. They don't answer there emails or call anymore. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER, THEY MUST BE CLOSED. There just ******** innocent people out of there hard earned money!!
