Still waiting for my refund!!
I placed an order, no problem until I paid via EFT. That same day I received an email to say that the product was out of stock and no longer available, but I could request a refund. I completed the form for the refund of R2197-00 (order no ***). I am still waiting for my refund. I saw on Hello Peter that other customers had the same problem. So I want to know from Manicaa WHERE IS MY REFUND??? I would not advise anybody to order from this company. If I am wrong, and receive my refund I will admit that on this forum. Elizabeth Harris

25 Nov 2021, 09:23I have now received my refund, which i am very grateful for as i have seen yet another complaint on this forum (24/11/21) of non-delivery and nobody to be found at the premises where they are supposed to be. So if this company is honest and legit, why did i have to give a negative review on this forum first before i got my refund???
