Still no refund after 8 months!!

Paid in September, no delivery and still no refund 6 month later. I ordered books at the beginning of September which they said would take 30 days for delivery. In October I tried to contact them but they do not respond to emails and do not answer calls no matter how long you hold. I contacted the bank to get the funds recalled but they said they can’t do it if it has been more than 30 days. On 16 November I received an email to say the books are out of stock and to send my account details for a refund. I sent them the same day and several times since but still no refund. No further response or emails. I see now that most people end up feeling ********** when they make the mistake of “purchasing “ through Manicaa.com I posted a review in January and Manicaa responded on 19 January to say they will refund but still no refund has been received. My bank has advised to open a case with the police to try and obtain a refund. Definitely would advise everyone to steer clear from Manicaa.com

Refund promised in November 2022 - nothing received. Refund promised in January 2023 - nothing received. Refund promised in February 2023 - nothing received. Now its April and still no refund received.
