Stay away from these guys
I ordered a product from this company and paid on 6 December and it still hasn't arrived. I get no response on phone calls, emails or the chat facility, other than standard computer generated emails. This is shocking service and it's completely useless to try and do business with this company. It seems that Hellopeter is the only channel that gets a response from them

Manicaa promised to investigate on 19th January and since then I have not even had the courtesy of a progress report, much less my goods, for which I paid in full two months ago. Can someone at Manicaa PLEASE give me some feedback!
