Shoddy customer service for refunds

An order was placed on 5 August 2021, and paid for. They do not have stock so I requested a refund on 13 August 2021, and to date I have not received it despite several requests. Quick to take payment, due to no stock a refund was requested yet not forthcoming. Very shoddy business etiquette.
