Shocking to no service - Where is my order.

<div>I am so disappointed, I ordered a drawing tablet for my sons birthday on the 20th of June. I have phoned the number on the website and it goes to voicemail and says that the voicemail is full. I have emailed numerous of times. I have received a response saying 1. They are coordinating with logistics and will get back to me, I again emailed numerous of times to find out when will they get back to me and asking for a tracking number, eventually I got another response stating that my order is a common order which I don't know what has anything to do with my tracking number and where my sons birthday present is. It is nearly impossible to communicate with them. You have my money but you cant give me my order or even a tracking number or ANYTHING. I am a single mother, my father just passed away and my pensioner mother lives with us. Times are tough and spending money is no joke these days, so when someone pays so much money to get service, please do not take advantage of us. We are going through a traumatic time as it is and we don't need this as well. PLEASE, PLEASE, I am begging you. Put a smile on my sons face and deliver my order.&nbsp;</div>
