Refund Not Received after 2 months !!

I placed my online order in November 2020. Was notified a few days later that the product was not available anymore and they suggested an alternative.

I rep**** that I do not want the alternative and requested the monies to be refunded to me.

Numerous email communication followed up and down and empty promises that the money will be refunded in the week and that they will follow up etc etc.

Nearly the end of January 2021 already and STILL I have not received the refund !!!

I will NEVER use them again and I will keep fighting for the refund which is lawfully owed to me.
