Refund Complaint

I was mislead into thinking that my order will be shipped quicker than the 7-15 days on their website because they had confirmed that my item is currently on stock and should be delivered sooner than usual.

When I got my order confirmation, I then discovered that what was promised was not the case, I then immediately cancelled my order and requested for a refund, this was on the 26th June 2020. I then got an email a day later requesting for my bank details which i immediately provided and never heard anything from the company again.

I then followed up today 06/07/2020 on their webchat on how far my refund was and was told that they could not track it and had to provide my details again and told to wait another 7-15 working days starting from today.

I will not accept this and require my refund ASAP!
