Refund???

I have placed an order and paid on the 15 December 2020. I received an email stating my order will be delayed due to Covid.

After numerous follow ups. I received an email 24 February 2021 stating I will receive a full refund in 60 - 90 days

I have tried phoning, the number does not allow you to choose a department (call drops) I emailed with no response
