Refund

I bought an item which will take much longer than I expected. I requested a refund and Manicaa was prompt to respond requesting my bank account and advise the refund confirmation with POP will take 7-14 days. They were quick to response on online chat and emails. As South Africans we need to support and help build our online stores. I wish to follow up with a review within 21days.
