Read reviews before doing shopping at Manicaa

What a wake-up call for me by not read reviews of online shopping experiences of other customers at Manicaa.

I am one of the many unhappy customers according to the reviews on Hello Peter.

Well I was searching for a specific LSAN bicycle light and Manicaa popup indicating stock available. I order the items end October 2022 and pay for the items.( It was supposed to be Christmas presents.)

Within 2 days I receive a email they do not have stock of the item and they will refund me. I did go back to Manicaa's site and the items was still showing stock available. After several un answered calls and namouras emails I still did not receive the refund.

My experience and recommendation with this company, I will never deal with them again and cannot recommend this company to anyone. Manicaa what a disappointment.
