Purchased a product they indicated they had stock of. A few days later I was advised that they did not have stock and that a refund would be processed. The refund waiting period is 7-14 business days. To date I have not received any refund, and eevery engagement with manicaa results in me being told that my banking information has been referred to the accounts department for my refund to be processed. O regard for my emphasizing that I keep being told this or them actually returning my funds. Call centrw contact number just rings, emails are rep**** to a day or two later..terrible service!
