Products not received

I knew I was taking a risk ordering from a website I’d never heard of but I couldn’t find the product elsewhere. Sure enough, after placing the order and making the payment, three months down the line, my order still hasn’t arrived; and no response to my queries. I wish I had checked Hello Peter beforehand. Those 5 star reviews might have thrown me a bit but now I know better.
